Motivational Book of the Month

I make my own songs and i got writers block… I usually do think of certain things when i write my music but im curious what do some of you other artists usually think of inspiration-wise while you make your creations?
Life. Little things. Taking walks, that helps a lot.

So I'm having to make a list for one of my classes about inspirational teachers from pop culture i.e. movies, books, tv shows, etc. One example is Mr. Miagi in Karate Kid. Can anyone think of some more?
Robin Williams as the teacher from "Dead Poets Society." Can't think of the character's name.

I don't care who the coach is. Could be old, young, famous or not. Just looking for good motivational speeches by football coaches.

I've done it all from the promisses to buying smaller jeans. I am 135 lbs and 5'6 tall and my goal is to be 125 lbs. It is only 10 lbs but for some reason I just can't do it. any suggestion. How can I find that motivation.
