what's the difference between being inspirational, and being insightful?

inspirational is the ability to "enlighten someone's mind" or to have an impact on their emotions, it also means to open someone's mind insightful is to have different perspectives or viewpoints on something they are different, yet somewhat alike, any opinions on the difference between them? or maybe they are more alike then it seems?
