Give me some inspiration for a holiday in May?

Can't make my mind up where to go. I have already visited:
Mexico, Antigua, Maldives, Thailand and Kenya. Want something for just a week that will have warm weather and good potential snorkelling. Can you suggest anywhere different and off the beaten track? I don't mind where it is, I need some inspiration!

Romania.
Fly cheap to Bucharest with Wizz airlines……..then train down into Bulgaria coastline….or train to Constanta on Romanian coast……or train up to Brasov….( then 5pm bus to Chisnau in Moldova) ……….or train from Brasov over to Sibui….then decide from there. Romania is cheap and the food is lovely.

    I would suggest somewhere quite close assuming you're from the UK because it would be a bit pointless going to Australia for 1 week. Maybe japan or Sri Lanka.
