   Your peers are presumably at day-school with you. To inspire them you should concentrate on all kinds of sports and try to do well at them, even if you are not particularly successful.

   Just do everything right: concentrate on your grades, show a particular interest in some sort of sport.

   Youd have to work hard to overachieve at any goal you try. If you are smart, getting good grades for everything, also in good shape with plenty of extracuricular activities and positive but quiet and mature attitude you'll be the person everyone wants to be.

   But that can take a long time and is very improbable to happen. No person is that successful. Also your question, do you really want to be an inspiration or just to be respected and admired by your friends?

   I find a smile every day and a influence for the good with an attitude of mindless optimism makes a person very likable. That or you can be a complete AHOLE. That usually does the trick too, if you can deliver a threat or be completely indifferent without a care all the time.

   Being a great inspiration to others means setting the example. In your age group, kids learn by seeing most often – so if they see you reaping the rewards of a good life, they'll most likely want the same.
   So all you need to do is what it takes to succeed in your surroundings!
