Ever since my GCSE's finished last month i've completely lost my touch. I want to improve my skills and do not have a clue where to find ideas and inspiration to produce new work. HELP ME!

Most people get their inspirations from either everyday living or personal life expeirences, if that doesn't work then get crazy and do something out of the ordinary.

throw some drywall compound on some art board…..put color on it …….and write your name thru it……then try to fix it to fit your eye……time for something new..

First of all relax, if u get all worried about it, it will just make you more uptight.
Go to galleries, museams and look at books see what inspires other artists, it might just give u a different perspective and stop u from always depending on the same sources for inspiration!

You seem to have a mental block here. I'd reccommend that at first you need to plan to draw a little bit every day. Maybe an hour or less, doesn't matter. Become discliplined. Don't focus so much on what it is but on how to do it. Do not look at it but maybe once a week. Then see if you find any reoccuring themes in your work, The subjects or mabe even certain forms will strat to pop up when you look at the group of pictures and not just one at a time.
