God will always have something in store for you. Listen to the Beatles or old classic tunes always helps.

music is something that always kinda helps keeps me going–check out an instrumental band called Explosions in the Sky, especially the songs The Only Moment We Were Alone, Greet Death, Birth and Death of the Day, Catastrophe and the Cure…These are amazing songs, even if you may not be into it on the first couple listens. Very emotional and inspiring music for me, hope it is for you as well.

just look into the future and what is in store for you if you go through your life unmotivated and without any goals. I imagine, things do not look so good.
when you wake up every morning and have a nice bowl of wheaties, then go about your day completing goals that are important to you, you will feel great. you need to eat right, stay away from bad people, read more, find a hobby, enjoy your family, excercise, and have a continous set of goals with both long term and short term goals.

The New Year is a great time to do this—spend a quiet night alone–get a big yellow tablet and on each page split in two columns- things I like/then don't like about myself
my life
my family
my friends
my boyfriend
my job
you get the drift
Then do the columns again- listing each issue that has given you problems in your life and list ways to change them–GOOD AND BAD
leave them go……for a couple days…….dwelling on them, and when a thought comes to you change it……….then when you feel you're ready—and you have to be to make ANY change in one's life—go down the list like a pro—yes, no, yes, no….and mark the good and bad– sort of like Santa—It will be a great way to bring in the new year—type it on the computer when done and keep a copy in your wallet….
We're not perfect and you may stray back to your old ways after even a couple of days—but if you keep the list as a "reminder" of what you really want to do with your life, you may find the inner strength to change the wrong things and make them right………….good luck to you and have a happy and safe new year!

Life is full of challenges, there are ups and downs and if you get tired you get some rest. If you rest longer than necessary you will be left behind.
The best way of dealing with problems in life is HEAD ON…
you will find it so rewarding to see yourself beating the the cause of your demotivations.
Motivate yourself again, help yourself as noone is capable of doing it better than you can do.

Act without doing;
work without effort.
Think of the small as large
and the few as many.
Confront the difficult
while it is still easy;
accomplish the great task
by a series of small acts.
The Master never reaches for the great;
thus she achieves greatness.
When she runs into a difficulty,
she stops and gives herself to it.
She doesn't cling to her own comfort;
thus problems are no problem for her

work hard at everything you do that makes people happy, do something you had always wanted but never got to do it – for whatever reason,move to a very different place or country, learn a different language(s), change your life completely around, become a different person (become yourself), change your name, find different people to hang with, hang at different places, find hobby(s), find different interests, change jobs((s)if applicable)). i hope some of these will help, good luck……… i know of one lady who came to America with a child,no money and no English. she now has everything she wanted.
