Know any inspirational movies about out of shape or fat people getting fit?

I wanna watch some movies (perhaps like rocky) where people that are fat and out of shape get fit and get their lives together. I am interested in seeing real life documentaries on this (amazing transformations through workout) and also inspirational hollywood type films too.

Wondering if you knew of any?
