What does this inspirational sign mean and has anybody here ever heard of it?

Some woman in my office has an inspirational sign over her desk that reads:
"We must all stop manbearpig"

What the hell does THAT mean? And before anybody suggests it, I haven’t asked her myself because I don’t know her very well. She works in a different department, and some of their members get a little uptight sometimes over being asked about their personal business.

I believe she watches South Park a lot. Reading between the lines,it means to say…… its a campaign against men’s bad bad behavior towards women.
