How can i find the motivation to do my college assignments?

I have no motivation what so ever to do my assignments for college… im also slacking a bit with deadlines at the moment.. how can i get more motivation to do them?

What I usually do is tell myself OK, work for two hours, then do something fun, like have a snack, watch TV, play a game for like an hour. Then do another two. If you keep rewarding yourself for working it usually motivates you.
