How do I find the motivation to go jogging today?

it's a little chilly and windy and I just want to stay inside and drink cocoa under a nice fuzzy blanket with my dean koontz book but I know I need to go jogging…how do I get the motivation to?

just think of the end result of a red hot body and all the men ull have chasing after u ;)

  1. First off, know this. It's okay to eat ANYTHING you want at anytime you want. The key is, is to STOP when you're full. Eat slow bites. Chew each bite 20 times. Put your silverware down and enjoy every bite, even if it looks silly. Try not to eat in front of the T.V. or while you're occupied because it causes you to eat fast and to overeat. If anything, eat in moderation.

    Then, try walking an extra mile a day. Just a brisk walk.

  5. if you serisouly are loving that fuzzy blanket and boook, then snuggle in hun :-) missing one isnt gunna kill ya !!

    but if its been a while, go. just go. think of the songs that will pump u up…seriously turn on some music that gets you pummppedd uppp…and think how you will feel after you finish!!
