How do I get motivation to eat healthier to lose 30 pounds?

I have the motivation to work out, which I do 45-60 min every day (cardio) plus toning exercises at home daily. I always eat a healthy breakfast & lunch, and then I’m downhill from 5:00 after work into the evening. Even if my dinner is somewhat healthy or very healthy, I always end up snacking late in the evening on unhelathy stuff. Or my boyfriend will suggest pizza or something for dinner, and I have a hard time saying no. Any ideas?

    Eat more fiber rich foods like whole grain breads, whole wheat pasta, and oatmeal. Fruits like prunes, raisins, berries, and apple also have fiber content. Try having these for dinner.

    If you are still hungry, just grab any fiber rich foods (again) and learn to say no to your bf. :) I know it is hard to resist something yummy but try having a small portion of the unwanted stuff.
