How to maintain your motivation to do stuff?

The question says it all. It’s like, when it comes to things like workin out, i can always imagine myself workin hard and pushin myself to my limits to get stronger, but then its like when im actually about to do it, my motivation just disappears. I really wanna work hard in life, but then i just lose it. How should i confront this?

You have to constantly remind yourself of why your doing it.
You have to remind yourself of your goal.

Stephen, when you actually start to work out, imagine yourself working hard. Remind yourself that to get there, you have to start here.

EXAMPLE:: If I eat junk food, I get acne. Point Blank.
So when I’m tempted to eat it, I go take a look in the mirror and think "If I want my skin to get any better, I’d better not eat that crap." And, if my skin already looks clear, I think "I DO want it to stay this way? Right? Of-freakin-course I do."

You just need a simple reminder. Will power is a driving force.
