Does money plays a role of motivator for people who have newly joined an organisation?
What would be the motivational level who believe in working for experience and learning rather than money?
Money is a short term motivator and anyone who tries to derive motivation only from money, one is digging a ditch for him/herself.
If Experience and learning is not a motivation for someone, specially in the beginning of a career, it is very difficult to inculcate.
In this era of high competitiveness, learning, experience is the only sure shot mantra for employability and success.
Unfortunately today’s youth is looking only for money and not for a career and thus doing a long term harm to their career, which will be difficult to difficult to heal/repair.
Hope this helps
